- Current Booking closes 1 hour before ferry departure.
- Boarding / Check-In closes 30 minutes before Ferry Departure. No show of passengers / Vehicle for boarding will be treated as automatic cancellation and no refund shall be issued.
- Half fare shall be applicable for children between 2 to 12 years of age.
- All passengers are requested to carry a valid photo ID proof. Smoking / Spitting / Chewing Tobacco on the Ferry and within Terminal premises is prohibited and punishable by law. Penalty @ Rs. 2,500/- shall be charged from defaulters.
- Carrying and Consumption of alcohol on the Ferry and within Terminal premises is strictly prohibited and is a punishable offense.
- Passengers are requested to wear the wristbands issued from ticket counters throughout the journey. The absence of a wristband shall attract a penalty of Rs. 500/-.
Cancellations & Refunds Policy of Ro-Ro Ferry Service:
- 30 days before Date of Journey: 90% Refund
- Between 2 and 30 days before Date of Journey: 80% Refund
- 1 day before Date of Journey: Nil Refund
- Refunds will be processed within 3 working days.
- In case of cancellation by the operator refund will be issued to the passenger (less tax and handling charges)
